Amie is a specialised AI Relationship Manager. She handles Made platform questions, onboarding, and feedback routing autonomously, and escalates anything she shouldn't act on alone (account, billing, payments, rights, or legal actions).
She does not action payments, change bank details, confirm revenue figures, release Content ID claims, approve contract terms, or speak for the product on legal matters. Those go to Finance, the Rights team, your Talent Manager, or RHEI legal, with full context.
Yes. On Creators plans (Core, Plus, Pro) you get self-service Made with Amie inside the app. Business clients add a dedicated account manager alongside Amie. Enterprise clients get RHEI's team operating Made on their behalf, with Amie providing in-app support and a dedicated success manager.
